MARCH 1ST | DAY ONE
lets fucking do this!!! Today I’ll do cardio (did workout last day) and basic squats and abs. Tomorrow will be different.
Today’s meal plan:
Pre - orange
Post breaky - oatmeal and apple w/ pnut butter
Lunch - go shopping for salad fixings
Dinner - @work roasted veg, bring some tofu or veggie ground
SNACKS: oranges, buy some nuts, apples
